1. Terminology

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing law of the United Arab Emirates.

2. Country of Domicile & Governing Law

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

3. Eligibility

Customers using the website who are Minors / under the age of 18 shall not register as Users of the website and shall not transact or use the website.

4. Payment Terms

  • Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in USD will be accepted for payment.
  • The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt.
  • The amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
  • Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and ksavisas.com policies and rules.
  • We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
  • Once a payment is successfully completed through the Telr payment gateway, the customer will automatically receive a payment confirmation via email to the registered email address provided during checkout.
    The confirmation email is usually sent immediately after the transaction is processed, however, in some cases it may take a few minutes depending on the customer’s internet connection or email service provider.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords and for restricting access to their accounts. Any activity that occurs under your account will be your responsibility.

6. KSAVisas.com Payment Terms

Application Submission & Payment
Visa applications will only be processed after verification of all required documents and receipt of complete payment. By submitting an application, the applicant irrevocably agrees to these terms and acknowledges that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Policy
All fees paid for visa applications submitted through ksavisas.com (including service charges) are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the application’s outcome (approval, rejection, or conditional approval).

No exceptions will be made for:

  • Visa rejection or delay by Saudi Authorities
  • Applicant errors (incorrect details, document issues, etc.)
  • Change of travel plans, cancellation, or inability to travel
  • Duplicate applications or failure to meet immigration requirements

KSAVISAS.com does not process visa applications for holders of Diplomatic, Official, or Service Passports through its online system.

7. Visa Processing & Approvals

Processing times are estimates only:

  • Normal processing: 2–4 working days
  • Urgent processing: 12–24 hours (subject to Saudi Authority systems)

KSAVISAS.com has no control over processing times, approvals, or rejections — these are determined solely by Saudi Authorities. No refunds will be issued for delays, rejections, or changes in visa conditions.

8. Visa Validity & Entry

Approved visas are valid for 60 days from issuance. The applicant must enter Saudi Arabia within this period. Overstaying or violation of visa conditions may result in penalties by Saudi Authorities. KSAVISAS.com bears no responsibility for such actions.

9. Guarantor Responsibilities

The guarantor assumes full liability for:

  • Authenticity of documents
  • Visitor’s compliance with Saudi laws
  • Any fines or penalties resulting from the visitor’s actions

10. Cancellations, Rejections & Fees

  • Cancellation of an approved visa incurs separate non-refundable charges.
  • No refunds are provided for rejections or if the applicant holds a valid or pending visa.

11. No Work Authorization

Visas processed through ksavisas.com (visit, business, tourism) do not permit employment in Saudi Arabia. Violations may result in legal action.

12. No Liability & Waiver of Claims

KSAVISAS.com is not liable for visa rejections, delays, or losses resulting from incomplete applications. The applicant expressly waives all rights to disputes, chargebacks, or claims against ksavisas.com for payments made.

13. Chargeback Policy

By submitting payment, the applicant agrees not to initiate any chargeback or dispute for any reason.
Any chargeback attempt will be contested with legal evidence and may result in:

  • Administrative fees (minimum SAR 500)
  • Legal action for breach of contract
  • Blacklisting from future visa applications

ksavisas.com is a private service provider not affiliated with any government entity. We provide typing, translation, and application assistance only.
All visa issuance decisions are made by the official Saudi authorities, and our services conclude upon successful submission of the application.

15. Processing Time Disclaimer

Processing times are estimated and depend solely on Saudi Authorities. No refunds or disputes will be accepted based on delays or system downtimes.

16. Submission of Additional Documents

Applicants may be required to submit additional documents (e.g., flight tickets, hotel bookings, bank statements) upon request. Failure to provide them may result in application rejection.

17. Cookies

By accessing ksavisas.com, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, KSAVISAS and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for material on ksavisas.com. All rights are reserved.

19. Limitation of Liability
